Grain-Free Baby Snack Puffs: Variety Pack
Meet our Organic Grain Free Puffs! Made with top-tier ingredients that are as nutritious as they are delicious, these puffs ensure your baby won’t be the only one who looks forward to snack time. Every flavor is powered by organic chickpea and navy bean flour instead of corn or rice, which keeps the puffs grain-free and gives your little one a gram of protein in every serving. None of the three flavors have any added sweetner. All that flavor comes from a light spray of organic olive oil and a dusting of dehydrated organic veggie seasoning, added after the puffs are extruded and dried. Simple ingredients, nothing hidden. Discover our top three flavors. Each pack comes with 6 canisters, with two canisters of each baby snack puff below:
White Cheddar & Cauliflower Spinach (2)
Carrot & Beet (2)

Each canister holds about six servings at a third of a cup per serving. The puffs measure 16 to 18mm across and begin to dissolve on contact with saliva, so a baby doesn't need teeth to eat them (supervision during snack time is still recommended for any solid food). Most parents introduce puffs around 7 months, once a baby can sit independently, use a pincer grasp, crawl with their stomach off the ground, and mash food between their gums. Why chickpea and navy bean flour instead of corn or rice?
Most baby puffs on the shelf start with corn or rice flour. Ours starts with organic chickpea and navy bean flour, which keeps the recipe grain-free and adds a gram of protein per serving. Dicalcium phosphate contributes calcium, and rosemary extract keeps the puffs fresh without synthetic preservatives.
How long does an open canister stay fresh, and can I refrigerate the puffs?
Unopened, a canister stays fresh for up to nine months, just check the date stamped on the bottom. Once it’s open, your little one gets about six servings, and we recommend enjoying them within 5 to 7 days for the best crunch. Room temperature storage is all they need, no fridge required. If you do refrigerate a canister, keep it in an airtight container so extra moisture doesn’t turn the puffs stale faster. And if one gets left in a hot car for a bit, no worries: they’re still safe to eat, they may just lose some of that crunch.
How do these have zero grams of sugar and still taste good to a baby?
We build flavor from vegetables and spices: carrot and beet, pumpkin and cinnamon, or white cheddar with cauliflower and spinach. After the puffs are extruded into their star shape and dried, we spray them with organic olive oil and dust them with an organic dehydrated vegetable seasoning blend. That’s what gives them their flavor; no added sugar needed.
Are these a choking risk, and does my baby need teeth to eat them?
Each puff measures 16 to 18mm across, within the industry standard size for baby snacks, and starts to dissolve on contact with saliva, so a baby can eat them without teeth. Just like with any solid food, we recommend that a child not be left unattended while feeding. Most parents introduce puffs around 7 months, once a baby can sit independently, use a pincer grasp, and mash food between their gums.
Why does the White Cheddar flavor list milk when the others don't?
It comes down to what's actually in each recipe. Carrot & Beet and Pumpkin & Cinnamon don't contain milk, in fact they are both allergen-free. White Cheddar & Cauliflower Spinach is different because it's made with real cheddar cheese, buttermilk, and skim milk and whey, that's what gives it that rich, cheesy flavor babies love, so we label it clearly for families managing a milk allergy or sensitivity.
Good to know: While certain allergens are run on the line, they are done at a separate time, and our equipment is fully cleaned, sanitized, and dried before and after each run.

FAQ
Are the canisters recyclable? Why is the label not recyclable?+
Yes, our canister can be recycled in a standard plastic recycling bin after the outside label is taken off with the easy to remove perforation tear away. We are working on other options so that we can make the entire packaging recyclable in the future.
How long will a canister last? How long is it good for when opened?+
Unopened, a can will last up to nine months from the date of production. Expiration date is listed on the bottom of the can. We recommend six servings per container, 1/3 cup per serving, and that your little one (or you!) consumes the canister within 5-7 days of opening it for maximum freshness.
What temperature do these need to be stored at? Can you freeze them? What happens if left in a hot car?+
We recommend storing our Grain Free Puffs at room temperature. If you choose to refrigerate them, we recommend an airtight container. If the container is not airtight while refrigerated, the puffs could absorb moisture and go stale quicker. While leaving them in a hot car will not affect the safety of consumption, it could degrade the quality quick.
