### Sourcing
Sourcing is a big deal here! That’s why we hand-pick farms that supply our high-quality ingredients. We believe high-quality proteins and veggies start at the source, on farms and ranches that care deeply for their animals, the earth, and our shared future.

### FAQs

#### Can my Serenity Kids pouches be microwaved?
No. Our pouches are designed to be enjoyed at room temperature, but if your babe prefers them warm or you’ve stored an open pouch in the refrigerator, we suggest that you place the pouch in hot water or a bottle warmer. Do not microwave.

#### At what age can a baby start eating Serenity Kids?
We recommend waiting to introduce solids until a baby is at least six months old. In special cases, doctors may recommend introducing solids earlier. However, trust your intuition and your baby's – you’ve got this!

#### How soon can babies eat meat?
Fatty meats are a great first food for your child. A baby's stomach contains enzymes necessary to digest meat, making other animal fats and proteins ideal first solid foods because of their nutrient density!
