Dreamsicle Smoothie
This recipe is a summer dreamsicle come true... π π β±
What you'll need...
- π 1 tsp orange extract (or juice of an orange)
- π squeeze of lemon juice
- π§‘ 1/2 pouch Serenity Kids Organic Squashes puree
- π€ 1 scoop of grass-fed collagen peptides
- π€ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (nonalcoholic)
- π₯₯ 1/2 tablespoon of MCT oil
- π₯ one 8-ounce serving of our Grass-Fed A2 Whole Milk Formula
- β¨ Optional sweetener: stevia, maple syrup, OR raw honey (1 year+)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender
- Optional: add ice! π§
- Serve immediately. Cheers!
Dreamsicle Popsicle
Yes, you can adapt the recipe above to be a smoothie OR a popsicle--with the exact same ingredients, just a different style prep!
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender
- Add smoothie-like mixture to popsicle molds
- Freeze for at least a few hours & serve when ready to enjoy!
Summer Burger Recipe
What you'll need...
- π 1 Serenity Kids 100% Wild Caught Salmon pouch
- π₯ 1 large egg (pasture-raised if possible)
- π©βπ³ 3 tbsp. ground flaxseed or almond powder
- π± 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- π« 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- πΏ A pinch of dill and/or parsley
- π§ A pinch of onion powder
- π§ A pinch of garlic powder
For Cooking
- π§ 1 tbsp. ghee or grass-fed butter (we love Fourth and Heart & Vital Farms)
For Serving
- π Dijon mustard & lemon slice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (except the 'for cooking' & 'for serving' ingredients!)
- Heat a burner to medium-high
- Add ghee or grass-fed butter to your pan & let melt
- Scoop batter onto the pan in little circles (like making pancakes)
- Let cook for about 1-2 minutes (checking often to make sure it doesn't burn & adjust heat accordingly)
- Flip & cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes until cooked all the way through
- Serve & enjoy!
"Eat your Greens" Smoothie
National Smoothie Day π₯€ is June 21st (hello, summer!) and we'll be blending up our newest obsessionβ this "Eat Your Greens" Smoothie!
What you'll need...
- π 3/4 cup organic spinach, frozen
- π 1/2 pouch, Serenity Kids Butternut Squash & Spinach baby food puree
- π₯ 1/2 organic avocado
- π₯ 4 slices of organic cucumber
- π 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- πΏ 3 mint leaves
- π 1 scoop of @vitalproteins grass-fed collagen peptides
- π₯ One 8-ounce serving of our Grass-Fed A2 Whole Milk Toddler Formula
- β¨ optional: 1/4 teaspoon @drinklmnt citrus salt
- β¨ optional: π₯₯ MCT oil
Directions
- Combine and blend all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Serve immediately.

What you'll need...
- π₯ One 8-ounce serving Grass-Fed A2 Whole Milk Toddler Formula
- π 3 cubes of freshly diced watermelon, frozen (more or less as needed to taste)
- πΏ 5 mint leaves
- π¦ 1/2 packet LMNT watermelon salt
- π€ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- π Freshly squeezed juice from one lime
- β¨ optional sweetener: stevia, maple syrup, OR raw honey (1 year+)
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Pour blended contents into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for a few hours or overnight.
- Serve & chill out!
